Battery Cell Innovation and Production
With extensive experience in battery cell(multiple customers from BESS & EV and patents over 20), module, and system design, we support our clients from concept to production.
We provide prismatic cell & battery pack mechanical design, integrating structural optimization, thermal management, and certification-driven design from day one (UN38.3, UL9540A, IEC, etc.). Throughout the project phases, we ensure IP security via patent analysis and FTO support, and deliver prototyping, testing support, and production transition services, including on-site assistance during critical stages.:
- Analyzing RFQs and defining customer requirements
- Creating mechanical designs, drawings, and BOM structures
- Developing and qualifying suppliers for critical components
- Defining manufacturing processes with DFMEA integration
- Releasing specifications and supporting production readiness reviews
- Ensuring end-to-end quality through robust validation and documentation

He has worked in senior roles such as R&D Manager, Project Manager, and Testing Manager, leading cross-functional teams and managing validation processes for rear lamps, mirrors, and electromechanical components for major OEMs, including AUDI, across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.
