Refund Policy for CAD training

We take great care to ensure that our course descriptions, requirements, and policies are transparent and easy to understand. Please read the following refund policy carefully before purchasing a course.

License Requirement Notice
- All CAD-related courses require that participants have a valid CATIA V5 license.
- The course fee does not include the cost of any CATIA license.
- This requirement is clearly stated on the course page and during the registration process.
Refund Conditions
- We do not offer refunds for cases where the participant has not acquired the required CATIA V5 license.
- Refunds are only available if:
  - The course is canceled by CADiNord.
  - The participant encounters technical issues directly caused by our platform (not related to CATIA or third-party tools).
How to Request a Refund
- All refund requests must be sent to: contact@cadinord.no within 5 working days of purchase.
- Include your full name, course name, reason for refund, and payment confirmation.

CATIA License Requirement

To get most in this training, all students must have a valid CATIA V5 license. This is not mandatory but makes the course more efficient.

The course does not include any CATIA license.
Students are expected to purchase and install the software individually.
